Apprentice Nursery Assistant Ref: 796

Here at Swindon Borough Council we currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us at the Children’s Nursery. The nursery, rated good by Ofsted, provides a warm and friendly atmosphere designed to promote happy, confident fulfilled children.

We are a team of committed and caring people who are open to the challenge of rapidly changing and developing workforce, which puts children at the centre of all we do. As our apprentice you will need to be enthusiastic about working with children, who need love, care, attention and patience and not be afraid of hard work that can be physically demanding

You will need to hold or be working towards gaining GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent. Along with some childcare experience you will also have the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and colleagues. A CRB disclosure will be required.
