As part of a programme of apprenticeship recruitment we have the following post available. The post will support you to achieve a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You will assist and provide support at our Marina Customer Contact Centre, both on the busy reception and in the contact centre. Duties will include dealing with enquiries and requests from our customers on all council services. You will also gain experience within our Records team undertaking a variety of administrative duties.
You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade D or above (or equivalent) with good communication and IT skills and ideally some experience of customer services.
Interviews will take place week commencing week commencing 20th February 2012
