Havering is one of London’s biggest and most varied boroughs, so our anti-social behaviour cases cover a diverse area, from high streets to country parks. We need someone with a good knowledge of anti-social behaviour issues and remedies to work on wide-ranging cases as part of the Anti-Social Behaviour Team in the Community Safety section. You’ll work extensively with the police and other partner services to maximise the effectiveness of both early intervention and more formal enforcement, while supporting the team’s strategic role and its activities to bolster public confidence.

You will organise your own work and need skills and enthusiasm for providing a high quality service to residents, councillors and our partners. Excellent communication skills, commitment to customer care and understanding of effective partnership working are essential.
