The Anti-Bullying Team for East Sussex is recognised as a national leader in developing Anti Bullying practice. Working closely with the existing Anti-Bullying Caseworker you will provide direct support to children and young people who have experienced racist incidents and racist bullying, including support to their families and carers a range of support and guidance to young people affected by bullying behaviour. You will:

Have an understanding of approaches to address discrimination, prejudice and racism
Be highly motivated with an ability to resolve conflict
Work with young people to raise self esteem and build resilience
Have experience working with children, young people and their families
Have the ability to relate to young people, parents/carers, school staff and range of other professionals
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
