The ARC concept is well established in Kent and allows for the education of young people with extreme and complex needs alongside multi-agency support at local sites.
You will need to be highly committed to delivering imaginative and high quality education, to manage a small team and have the ability to work effectively with our multi-agency partners.
Knowledge of the range of appropriate alternative curriculum qualifications and experience of promoting effective outcomes for our students is essential.
