The Job
Salary £40,716
This position will provide project management support to implement the transformation agenda for adult social care, ensuring change projects are aligned to the strategic vision of the programme reporting via the established workstreams. These posts will report in to one of the following key areas: * provider services * customer pathways * market transformation * business systems
The post will be involved in projects relating to these areas of modernisation in line with local and national drivers for social care. Accountability for project/programme activity will be reported through the programme structure.
The Person
This role requires a dynamic, forward thinking, experienced project manager with a track record of delivering complex services across health and social care boundaries. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate extensive project management experience and a detailed understanding of benefit identification and realisation in relation to programme and project management. Closing date: 12th February 2012.
