We are looking for someone with a background in Further or Adult Education, who has worked as a tutor or manager, and would like to develop their skills in the management of curriculum and quality.
This post has been developed in response to the last Ofsted monitoring visit which focussed on the support we need to be giving adult learning tutors throughout the County, including recording what learners are achieving, improving success rates, the observation of teaching and learning and curriculum development.
This is a fixed term post for one year. The post will then be reviewed in the light of any changes that will come into effect for the academic year 2010/11.
We will consider secondments from FE Colleges and other organisations.
More information is available at: http://camweb/cas/cld/acommlearn/ For informal enquires please contact Anne Flowerdew on 01223 703526
Closing date for applications: 6 April 2010
Interviews will take place on 22 April 2010
