Salix Homes are looking to recruit highly motivated, customer driven individual to our 1st Response Team. The 1st Response Team are based at our new state of the art control room in Diamond House where we run a 24-hour service including responding to out of hours emergencies. The main functions associated with the role include: Monitoring CCTV cameras and dispatching emergency services where appropriate.
Operating computerised door entry systems and verifying visitors.
Responding to out of hours caretaking services for example spillages, discarded refuse, broken glass etc. Providing an out of hours emergency call handling service including emergency repairs and despatching appropriate trades personnel. Providing an out of hours Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) response service including logging and recording details, issuing breach of tenancy warnings and professionally witnessing ASB incidents.   You will be responsible for working closely with the Police, Council departments, partners, contractors and any other agency or individuals within the Central Salford area, aiming to ensure we offer Salix Homes customers a seamless service after our offices close and helping to reduce and prevent incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour.
