This is an exciting opportunity to lead Havering’s 14-19 strategy team through the next phase in developing the 14-19 learner entitlement. Havering has a strong 14-19 partnership with an effective range of sub-groups. They engage closely with all partners to promote and ensure quality, accessibility and inclusiveness of 14-19 learning. In this role you’ll be repsonjsible for:
• the leadership and commissioning of innovative 14-19 education, training and leading on the 14-19 strategy, including aspects of the Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP)
• promoting and building on existing partnership working between providers, Connexions, LSC and the LA.
• developing strong working relationships with other partner commissioners in neighbouring LAs
